As of 2024, Japan is the world’s fourth-largest advertising market—offering immense potential for global investors and business leaders. Yet, during my years leading Japanese subsidiaries of U.S.-based companies, I witnessed many promising initiatives fall short due to a lack of local understanding.

I founded this consultancy, Tokyo Market Bridge, to close that gap—bringing over 20 years of experience to help international businesses navigate the Japanese market with clarity, confidence, and cultural insight.

Since 2021, I have supported investors, venture capitalists, and business leaders in making smart, informed decisions about market entry and business growth in Japan.
